2.the air tube is located at the bottom of the machine.
3.overflow hole is on the upper side face of the former part. The bottom is blow-down valve
4.driven by the variable frequency motor, the mesh belt carries raw materials at different speed set manually with rotation  at 9-45 times per minute. When entering into the water tunnel, raw materials will go through high pressure spray cleaning from top and air bubble cleaning from the bottom.

Oil and smoke collecting system
1）、SUS304  stainless  steel  hood, width 2mm,不锈钢材质制作，板材厚度2mm，made of a whole plate by welding and bending . Triangle structure makes sure the stability.
2）、Φ220mm201 stainless steel funnel  with its wall width 2mm.  Throttle equipped within the funnel and the carbon dioxide tube above the hood can prevent oil self-ignition under high temperature conditions.
3）、Distilled water collecting tube is under the hood. It works to collect distilled water and intensify the hood.
Transportation belt system
1）、made of SUS304 stainless steel ，spiral weaving belt with 1.2mm ribbon distance and 5*10mm bolt distance.  Supported by stainless steel tube from under the belt in a certain distance, the belt is stable and not easy to deform.
Driven by converter motor, the speed is changeable during operation. The whole drive system is stable and easy to maintain.    
 The hoisting system for the transportation belt is spiral hoisting driven by motor transmitted by the driving shaft. It is easy to elevate the belt and maintain.
 
automatic filtering system
automatic filtering system is improved and designed by ourselves with key features of stable running and high-efficiency.
1、individual control on the filter system.
2、the slowly   moving   scrapper can recycle the oil from the residue.
3、residue collecting groove is easy to clean.
4、the scrapper could carry away the residue from the groove and keep the groove clean and extend the life circle of edible oil.
1）covered by 0.6mm stainless  steel  plate ,the oil groove is fastened by rivet.
2）、SUS304 stainless steel oil groove with width 3mmmade by a whole plate by wielding and bending. It works well.
3）、the support frame is made of stainless tube by welding with 80*80*3mm tubes.when connected to the oi groove by bolts,the groove will be stble.
