How to clean a fryer in 9easy steps

Setp 1

Trun fryer off and allow to cool,drain oil off

Step 2

Fill fryer with cold water (do not add hot water,add enough to cover heating elements)

Step 3

Add one packet of cleaner

Step 4

Boil for 15-20 minutes. avoid a violent boil

Step 5

Turn fryer off,allow to cool. Use a pot brush to to scrub soiled areas.

Step 6

Drain the fryer. Scrub any ramining soiled areas.

Step 7

Rinse the fryer at least three times with portable water and allow to dry.
